Shipping Information
1. All of our products are shipped by UPS Ground or by USPS,or by EMS, depending on whichever service has the shortest delivery time to your location.
2. The shipment usually takes 3-7 days (depends on the shipping method you choose, your location and custom clearance in your country).
3. Most of the items we carry are in stock and will be shipped on the next 2 business days you place your order. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on next Monday. Your order will be delivered to the shipping address within 5 to 7 business days after being shipped out. (Note: business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays are excluded).
4. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses, however if an item is lost during the delivery process our customer support team will try to resolve the matter in the most acceptable way to both parties concerned.

We accept credit card payment through PayPal payment system.
PayPal payment system supports Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and eCheck.
Return & Replacement Policy
* Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for 1 year from the date of original purchase under normal use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
* All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon request through info@top-laptopbattery.com. Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored.
* If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us through info@top-laptopbattery.com to obtain a RMA Number within fifteen (15) days of purchase. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.
* In returning products to us, customer must pay the return freight. Return packages by C.O.D will not be accepted.
* A replacement or refund will be arranged for all defective products returned, subject to verification of defect.
* If expedited delivery service is requested, we will procure the desired service from UPS on your behalf. In the event of a refund, the shipping fee is not refundable under any circumstances except if the order is cancelled before shipping.
* Please ensure that returned items are the ones that you purchased from us. We are not responsible for any item sent to us that is not our product.
